Jania Bailey, CEO, FranNet
Jania Bailey is the CEO of FranNet. Bailey has over 25 years of experience in the banking and franchise industries. She worked for more than eight years, and in several different managerial capacities, with Fantastic Sams International, a hair care franchise. In her last position, she served as the regional manager for Fantastic Sams in Texas. Before that, she oversaw operational support and development for franchisees in a five-state region.
Jeff Elgin, CEO, FranChoice
Jeff Elgin, is the CEO of FranChoice, the premier referral network in the franchise industry. Prior to founding FranChoice in 2000, Mr. Elgin, served for eight years as the vice president of franchise development for Great Clips, helping grow the company by over 1000 units during his tenure. He was also the senior development officer of two other franchise companies in the late 80’s, after starting in franchising as a multi-unit franchisee in the video rental business in 1984. Mr. Elgin is nationally recognized for his expertise in creating and implementing systems that have recruited many thousands of new franchisees. He has assisted dozens of franchise companies set up effective franchise sales systems and has trained hundreds of franchise salespeople to successfully use these systems.
Keith Gerson, CFE, President of Franchise Ops & CMO, FranConnect
Keith Gerson brings 40+ years of executive level expertise as a passionate and driven Franchisor and Franchisee with a proven track-record in building rapid-growth, and highly profitable franchise organizations. Over the last five years, Keith has served as President and Chief Customer Advocate for FranConnect where he has been able to work closely with many Executive Boards and Leadership Teams that are part of FranConnect’s portfolio of 800+ brands and 148,00 locations.
