As the Franchise Program Manager, John is responsible for creating and maintaining corporate partnerships with franchises. He received his Certificate Franchise Executive (CFE) designation, which has helped him understand business issues his franchise partners face and how to solve them. John has spent 10 years immersing himself in all aspects of Intuit products, from building accounting solutions for small businesses to servicing the needs of their larger clients.
